NYC Food & Beverage

We are looking for fulltime professional managers who will lead, direct, and motivate our food and beverage service staff in providing our guests with an outstanding and entertaining experience. If you would like an opportunity to join our professional management team in helping us take it to the next level, this may be the job for you.

All qualified candidates must:

- Be at least 21 years of age

- Pass background checks

- Speak English fluently and coherently (bi-lingual a

plus)

- Have flexible working hours (We are open 24/7)

- Not have any visible tattoos or body piercings other

than earrings

Required Experience:

- MINIMUM of 1 year of food and beverage experience

OR Hospitality/Food and Beverage College degree

- MINIMUM of 3 years of management experience in a

related field

- Strong skills in leadership, motivation, facilitation,

and communication (both written and oral)

- Extremely professional presence and can lead by

example

- Knowledge of inventory systems is a plus

- Problem-solver, proactive and “out of the box” thinker

- Professional presence and will lead by example

- Committed, trustworthy, and poses a strong work

ethic

- Takes great pride in doing their job well and seeing

others succeed

- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Proficient in math

- Acute attention to detail

- Ability to read people and situations and to react

appropriately

- Work well under pressure

Casino M8trix is currently building their new state of the art facility and we have partnered to manage the development of the food and beverage program and venues. When their facility is complete in the spring of 2012 we will operate the main kitchen as well as the four food and beverage venues, Café Lotus, Zone 8 Sports Bar, Noodle Ba, and Epic Bar. Our partnership, born from parallel ideals and goals, is committed to bringing an elevated guest experience to adult entertainment in San Jose.
