The modern food and beverage industry was crafted in NYC and it remains a leader with world renowned venues which continue to shape our industry. We want to take a “little piece of the apple” and bring it to all our food and beverage operations. Although our senior management comes from back east, NYC Food and Beverage was conceived and is headquartered in Las Vegas, which is known for its unsurpassed hospitality and entertainment. We believe that by capturing the essence of both cities it brings an enduring quality of continual growth in our services and menus and an elasticity to adapt to the ever changing marketplace. Recent Achievements

We recently partnered with an extraordinarily enterprising company, Casino M8trix, in San Jose, CA. Casino M8trix is currently building their new state of the art facility and we have partnered to manage the development of the food and beverage program and venues. When their facility is complete in the spring of 2012 we will operate the main kitchen as well as the four food and beverage venues, Café Lotus, Zone 8 Sports Bar, Noodle Ba, and Epic Bar. Our partnership, born from parallel ideals and goals, is committed to bringing an elevated guest experience to adult entertainment in San Jose.
